• Members of the Certified Residential Specialists, a network of agents/brokers who work primarily with home buyers and sellers.



• These network affiliations allow us to refer our customers and clients to real estate professionals in other cities who have similar training, priorities and philosophies as we have.



• We follow through with those agents to be certain that our client/customer receives the services needed.



• Our incoming services are available to any person or corporation transferring an employee to our area.



• Upon request, we will send a “Relocation Packet” which introduces a newcomer to Victoria, giving a historical background of Victoria, a map, Chamber of Commerce information and much more.



• Upon arrival to Victoria we do our best to accommodate the needs of the client.



• We consider our clients to be part of our family for life and we want them to feel the same toward us.



• Our outgoing services include:



• Locating an agent/broker at a destination city
• Listing/marketing their home when they get ready to sell.
• Managing the property for a third party relocation service upon their moving from the home to another location.
